Frozen Yogurt Pops
Sweet fruit, protein-rich yogurt, and milk make delicious frozen treats for anyone to enjoy!
Supplies
1-2
ripe bananas
frozen or fresh
6-8
large strawberries
frozen or fresh
1
cup
Greek yogurt
plain or vanilla
1
cup
milk
any type
3
tbsp
sweetener
(optional)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add milk a quarter cup at a time if mixture is too thick to blend well.
Pour mixture into an ice cube tray. Place one food pick in each space.
Freeze pops until frozen solid, about 4-6 hours.
Pop out and enjoy!
